In Alaska, there is an abundance of wild foods, that people don’t know about, or don’t use it, because they think they don’t have time for it, or they are kind of trying to use it, but also waste big part of it. What i mean by people don’t know about it, is that at this age in history, many generations already grow up on store bought foods, when they never grown a garden, or raised a cow. From the garden

  In our garden we grow radishes, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, bok choy, kale, Swiss chard, cabbages, lettuce, sorrel, parsnip, beets, kohlrabi, rhubarb, turnips and potatoes. We are expanding our garden every year, innovating and improving the methods of gardening, so we have plenty of organic vegetables for our guests and for our winter supply. We also planted 300 Siberian Cedar from seed. Many of them are growing. I was so happy to see them shoot! Hopefully, they’ll survive the winter, so in a few years we can harvest what are very similar to pine...
