There are so many different varieties of Greek salads. I figured, if someone is using feta cheese and olives, then it can be called Greek.
This salad reminds me of my friend, who is married to a Greek, when I visit them, she always makes this salad, with real olives and olive oil from Greece, it is super yummy.
Very easy to make.
Chopping only takes a few minutes. Sometimes I like it with cold bread and butter
If I have more time, I like bread soaked in hot butter
And then, the last touch are fresh herbs, like parsley and dill. So aromatic!
